Jones Lang LaSalle secures 8,240 s/f for LeadQual in Stratford

Jones Lang LaSalle represented LeadQual, an internet marketing firm, in securing 8,240 s/f of space at 300 Long Beach Blvd. The firm will occupy the space on the first floor of the 55,250 s/f single-story office building. Senior vice presidents at Jones Lang LaSalle, George Bagley and Paul Tortora represented LeadQual in the transaction. "Located near I-95 and Lordship Blvd. in Stratford, the space at 300 Long Beach Blvd. is ideal for LeadQual's 60 employees," said Bagley.
