Jones Lang LaSalle signs Grove Hill Medical Ctr. to 10,141 s/f in Newington

Grove Hill Medical Center has signed a lease at 375 Willard Ave. for 10,141 s/f and will continue to serve as one of its nine central Connecticut locations. 375 Willard Ave. is a 31,000 s/f multi-tenant medical building. The owner, Marc Abrahms, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's vice president Gary Schless. The tenant was represented by Larry Levere of Sentry Commercial. Grove Hill Medical Center, P.C. has been providing multi-specialty medical and surgical care on an outpatient basis to the citizens of central Connecticut since 1947, with 71 board certified physicians representing 19 specialties, and nine locations in New Britain and surrounding towns.
