JPI East breaks ground on $52m project: Jefferson at Admiral's Hill

JPI East, a division of JPI broke ground for its newest community, Jefferson at Admiral's Hill on Thursday, November 29th. Approximately 100 people attended the ceremony marking the milestone for the 160-unit apartment development. Tina Brooks of the Department of Housing and Community Development; Chelsea city manager Jay Ash; city councilor Ron Morgese and JPI executive vice president and managing partner Thomas O'Brien were in attendance and spoke at the event. Speakers noted many hours of hard work and dedication has now been rewarded. Secretary Brooks expressed her wish for more developments like Jefferson at Admiral's Hill to retain the commonwealth's workforce and ensure long-term economic growth.
