JRT Realty Group and Cushman & Wakefield handle 23,595 s/f in leases at Wilton Woods Corp. Campus

Wilton, CT JRT Realty Group – working in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield – has arranged four leases totaling 23,595 s/f at Wilton Woods Corporate Campus, a two-building, class A office park owned by TIAA-CREF.

The first tenant, Property Group Partners, has taken a five-year, 6,874 s/f lease on the third floor of 20 Westport Rd., one of the office park’s two buildings. Property Group Partners, originally a subtenant at the space, represented itself in the transaction and serves as property manager for the entire complex.

In addition, Stonebridge Advisors LLC signed a 6,642 s/f, ten-year lease on the first floor of Wilton Woods’ building at 10 Westport Rd. Stonebridge Advisors was represented by Thomas Pajolek of CBRE.

Lastly, Sierentz Fund renewed 5,879 s/f of space on the second floor in building C. In conjunction, the Louis Dreyfus Family Office (LDFO) renewed 4,200 s/f on building C’s second floor as well. Both tenants hold five-year leases and are located at 10 Westport Rd.

The landlord was represented by Greg Smith of JRT Realty Group along with Kevin Foley and William Montague of Cushman & Wakefield.

20 Westport Rd. is a 341,207 s/f, fully glassed, state-of-the-art building. Its companion building, 10 Westport Rd., is 197,512 s/f and has recently undergone renovations.
