Judd of Konover Commercial signs Laird Plastics to 18,130 s/f

Konover Commercial Corporation recently negotiated a five year lease with Laird Plastics for 18,130 s/f of industrial space at 135 Freshwater Blvd. Laird Plastics is a multi-national supplier of plastic materials used in aerospace, medical, graphic, and other industries. Konover Commercial Corporation is the property manager and leasing agent for the Enfield property which is owned by SKT Freshwater, LLC. Elizabeth Judd, president of Konover Commercial Corporation, served as broker for the lease transaction. Laird was represented by Nathan Hale of Mohr Partners, Inc. of Dallas, Tex. Headquartered in West Hartford, Konover Commercial Corporation manages over three million s/f of office, retail and industrial properties. Konover Commercial Corporation is a division of The Simon Konover Company.
