Kanders assume ownership of The Mayflower Inn & Spa

As of July 12 Alan Kanders and Warren Kanders assumed ownership of The Mayflower Inn & Spa. Set in Connecticut's Litchfield Hills, less than two hours from New York City, the Mayflower Inn & Spa is a country house hotel.
Alan, a principal of Three Wall Capital based in New York City is a hotel owner and investor. Throughout his 25-year hospitality career Alan has invested in over 350 full service hotels throughout North America and Europe. These investments have included boutique and resort properties and totaled over $7.8 billion of investments. Prior to founding Three Wall Capital, Alan was a managing director with Lehman Bros. Holdings Inc. During his tenure with Lehman Brothers he was instrumental in financing numerous five star properties.
Warren, a Greenwich-based financier, serves as executive chairman of Black Diamond Equipment, Inc., a leading manufacturer of branded outdoor lifestyle equipment. He is also a partner in Isle de France, Saint-Barths, a world class seaside hotel. Warren is a trustee of Choate Rosemary Hall School in Wallingford and the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York City.
