Ryer Associates brokers $799,000 sale of former Indian Trading Post

Indian Trading Post, Sugar Hollow Road, Danbury, CT

Tom Greene from Ryer Associates Commercial Real Estate, Inc. recently brokered the sale of the property formerly known as the Indian Trading Post on Sugar Hollow Rd. The 14.5-acre property is improved with a 2,366 s/f retail building and cell tower. The Elks organization plans to construct a new membership lodge on the site.
Ryer Associates represented the seller - B.B. and Tom Jackson and Mick Consalvo of Tower Realty represented the buyer. The property sold for $799,000.
The property, marketed for many years by others, took over two years to go through the approval process which included zoning changes and updated site plans.
