Bruce Kaplan of Weymouth has been named to the property maintenance staff of The Grossman Companies, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. With 35 years of experience as a licensed general contractor, Kaplan is responsible for day-to-day operations of ten commercial properties, mostly on the South Shore.
He says the new position provides an opportunity "to utilize all the trades I know for one company." Kaplan, an Army veteran and Army Reserves Instructor, also served as a call fireman in his native Hull for 14 years.
