Kaplan of RE/MAX Executive Realty handles $1m sale of 37,000 s/f property

Rick Kaplan, president of the commercial division of RE/MAX Executive Realty recently represented both the owner and buyer in the sale of a 37,000 s/f industrial building on 3.27 acres at 225 Arlington St. The building sold for $1 million to the owners of Sweet Meadows Farm and will be used to expand their animal feed distribution business. The seller was ROBO LLC. Kaplan also sold two buildings at 34 & 36 William Way, in Bellingham, in which he represented both the seller and buyer exclusively. Both 34 and 36 William Way were purchased as condominiums by Childs Engineering Corp. which is a waterfront structural engineering company. The seller was KREG, LLC. Lastly, he recently represented the buyer in the purchase of a 11,325 s/f manufacturing building located at 45 John Williams St., in Attleboro. The buyer was Robert and Sheila Zinck, owners of Massasoit Tool Company. The seller was Chartier Tate, LLC and was represented by Ed Pariseau Commercial.
