Matt Harvey and Joe Sciolla of CresaPartners represented Cross Insurance in a 13,126 s/f office lease at 401 Edgewater Dr. The property is located in Edgewater Office Park, a 960,000 s/f business complex. Cross Insurance previously occupied space at 601 and 701 Edgewater Dr. and is relocating to the 254,000 s/f, class A office building to consolidate the two offices. The landlord, Hobbs Brook Management, was represented by Chip Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors.
