Karney and Foote of O,R&L broker $925,000 sale
Carol Karney and Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 17,466 s/f industrial building at 41 Northwest Dr. for $925,000.
O,R&L represented the seller, Levesque Family LLC. The buyer, Allstar Therapy LLC, represented itself. The building was purchased for the buyer's new business, MedStat Pharmacy, which will serve nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
O,R&L is a full service real estate firm with three divisions: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Construction, and Facility Management.
