Matthews Commercial Properties completes $675,000 12-unit apt. sale
Charles Giorgio of Matthews Commercial Properties represented the seller, Paul Sapio, and Gerry Matthews represented the buyer, Debbagh Properties, in the sale of 95 - 97 Fern St. The property consisting of 2 six-unit apartment buildings sold for $675,000. The property was purchased for investment purposes.
In another transaction, Nick Longo completed the sale at 146 Grand St., Waterbury. The property consists of 24 apartments and two retail spaces. The property was purchased for investment purposes by Cela Realty LLC for $640,000. Longo represented the seller, Maria Marques, and the buyer, Arthur Celaj, in this transaction.
