KBS Realty Advisors sells 625 Mt. Auburn to The Davis Companies for $44.5 million

Cambridge, MA KBS Realty Advisors completed the $44.5 million sale of 625 Mt. Auburn, a Class-A office building. The property was purchased by The Davis Companies.

The property has three floors totaling 137,421 s/f and holds several amenities, including a cafeteria, fitness center and conference center, among others. The property is situated in the West Cambridge submarket and two miles west of Harvard Sq. and less than one mile from Mt. Auburn Hospital.

KBS Realty acquired the property in January 2007.
