Keefe and Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. sell medical office for $2.1 million
Worcester, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) completed the sale of a 9,500 s/f medical office building located at 631 Lincoln St. The property was sold for $2.1 million.
GBCP brokers Nishan Papazian and James Keefe represented the seller in the transaction. The freestanding medical office building sits on a highly visible lot, making it an attractive asset in the town’s growing healthcare corridor. This transaction reflects continued demand for well located medical office properties in central Massachusetts.
