Reveneer relocates to 9,800 s/f office space at TradeCenter 128

Woburn, MA Reveneer has relocated its global inside sales operation from Burlington to Woburn. Formerly headquartered on Burlington Mall Rd., the firm now occupies 9,800 s/f at Cummings’ landmark TradeCenter 128 business and technology campus.

Founded in 2012, Reveneer now employs hundreds, and serves companies worldwide, from two major hubs, in Woburn and in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

“Coming from a prominent office park in Burlington, the Reveneer team was looking for a similarly visible location with an upscale look and feel,” said Cummings Properties leasing director Steve Cusano. “TradeCenter 128 delivers on all counts — and at a value — less than three miles away.”

Cusano worked with Hunneman executive vice president Steve James and associate Henry Birmingham on the lease, which included a custom buildout completed by Cummings’ in-house teams.

“Thanks to our strong relationships at Hunneman and our in-house design/build capabilities, we were able to quickly deliver the right deal in the right space for the client,” said Cusano.

Reveneer’s tech-forward operation attracts a young, energetic employee-base, according to Cusano, who cited the firm’s frequent inclusion in The Boston Globe’s “Top Places to Work” and Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing American companies.

“Having on-site destinations for workouts, coffee breaks, and post-work dinner and drinks can make a meaningful difference for employee satisfaction, and TradeCenter 128 offers a wealth of amenities,” said Cusano.

The TradeCenter 128 campus is home to Teresa’s Ristorante Bar & Pizzeria and Apple Spice Boxed Lunch Delivery & Catering as well as a fitness facility, escape room, dry cleaner, salon, barber shop, and multiple day care centers. An Indian “street food” and sandwich café is expected to open later this year.

TradeCenter 128 offers first-class fully built out space for a wide range of commercial uses, including corporate offices, laboratories, healthcare facilities, retail storefronts, and executive suites. It directly fronts I-95 and is one mile from the I-93 interchange. More information is available at www.cummings.com.

Reveneer offers fully managed sales-development services for B2B markets such as software, climate technology, renewable energy, healthcare, medical devices, industrial, and manufacturing. Additional details are available at reveneer.io.
