Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties sells 34,360 s/f flex and industrial property for $2.5 million

Bolton, MA Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) completed the sale of 58B Main St. a 34,360 s/f flex industrial property off I-495. Keefe represented the seller, Cottage City Distributors, LLC. The property will serve as the new headquarters for JEC Service Company, a leading mechanical piping, HVAC service, and sheet metal contractor. 

The lender, Matthew Kreiser, said, “When our clients needed real estate guidance, James Keefe was the first person I thought of – not just once, but multiple times. With this acquisition, JEC Service Company will expand its operations, reinforcing its position as a top-performing contractor in the Greater Boston area.
