Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International sells 958 Puncateest Neck Rd. in Tiverton, RI for $4.5 million

Tiverton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 958 Puncateest Neck Rd., for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Liz Kinnane and Cherry Arnold, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Kinnane and Arnold also facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale on record in the town, and the highest since August of 2024.

A historic gem cherished over its 295-year history, Fogland Farm is a landmark property spanning 84 acres of farmland complete with three homes, two horse barns, and two building sites. The main residence, a circa 1730 Georgian Revival home stands on an elevated rise, offering views of Nonquit Pond, the Sakonnet River, and the Atlantic Ocean. The estate, adorned with stone walls and orchards, is an ideal property for equestrian enthusiasts.

“Fogland Farm, with its conserved land, historic home and proximity to the ocean, is the crown jewel of Tiverton” said Kinnane. 

“Helping the owners pass their very special property on to its next stewards – the 4th owner in three centuries – has been a joy and an honor for me and Cherry.”
