Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay sell 12-unit multifamily property for $4.65m

Arlington, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a 12-unit multifamily property situated at 109 Oxford St. Kelleher and Pentore exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. The brick asset sold for $4.65 million and $387,500 per unit. 

109 Oxford St. consists of a three-story brick building with 12 residential units comprised of 11, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and one studio unit with 10,437 s/f of living area in 10,860 s/f of gross area on a 0.294-acre parcel.
