O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. handles $750,000 sale

Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer in the sale of 1.7 acres located at 540 Main St. The lot was purchased for $750,000 by QuattroSport, LLC, which specializes in finding rare cars and delivering them to collectors and enthusiasts, who otherwise might not have been able to find them. The group intends to build a 15,000 s/f auto sales and repair facility at this location, for which it obtained site plan approval from the town earlier this year.
