Kelleher and Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay brokers $2.587m in sales

Waltham, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of two, four-unit multifamily buildings for $2.587 million. 

The property at 177-181 Robbins St. sold for $1.3 million ($325,000 per unit) and 221-223 Brown St. sold for $1.287 million ($321,750 per unit). Kelleher and Pentore represented both sellers and buyers in the separate transactions.

177-181 Robbins Street - Waltham, MA

177-181 Robbins St. is a two story, four-family building with 3,926 s/f of living area in 6,256 s/f of gross area on a 0.16-acre parcel. The unit mix consists of four, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. 

221-223 Brown Street - Waltham, MA

221-223 Brown St. is a two story, four-family building with 4,052 s/f of living area in 6,052 s/f of gross area on a 0.10-acre parcel. The unit mix consists of two three-bedroom/one-bathroom units and two two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. 

Both assets are situated in the desirable South Waltham location in close proximity to Moody St. The location offers a multitude of shopping, dining, and entertainments options within a short walking distance.
