John McKinley, principal; William Kelleher, IV, vice president; and Paul Matt, associate broker of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. of Worcester, recently brokered the sale of the 49,000 s/f building located at 799 West Boylston St. The 2.133 acre site is located in close proximity to Rte. 190, offering highway access and visibility on heavily traveled West Boylston St. The property was sold to Seven Hills Family Services for $2.94 million.
The building is a multi-tenanted facility that primarily is the home to many area local non-profit entities that provide a myriad of services to residents of Worcester and throughout central Massachusetts. Tenants within the building currently include the Junior League of Worcester, Health Awareness, Audio Journal, Abacus Growth Group, The Rape Crisis Center, the Massachusetts Association for the Blind, and Curves for Women. Seven Hills plans to occupy approximately 30,000 s/f, with many of the existing tenants remaining within the facility.
