Nordblom partners with Erland Construction for new residential development in Dedham

Dedham, MA Erland Construction has once again partnered with long-time client Nordblom Company to bring a new multifamily residential community, Vantage, to life. Working in collaboration with Stantec, Erland will construct a 218,000 s/f, four-story wood- and steel-frame building that will introduce 155 apartment homes to this rapidly growing neighborhood.

Designed with comfort, community, and sustainability in mind, the development will feature a variety of modern resident amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor gathering spaces, and structured parking for 119 vehicles. The scope also includes the demolition of an existing building and site improvements to Stergis Way, supporting the town of Dedham’s continued investment in smart, sustainable growth and resilient infrastructure.

“This project reflects Nordblom’s forward-thinking approach to responsible development and community-focused housing,” said Eric Greene, vice president, residential group manager at Erland Construction. “We’re proud to continue our partnership and help bring another thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient community to the region.”

Built to align with the town’s stringent energy code standards, Vantage reflects a shared commitment to energy efficiency, long-term environmental performance, and high-quality residential living.

“We’re excited to once again collaborate with Erland and Stantec on this project,” said Patrick O’Neill, senior vice president at Nordblom. “Vantage represents more than just new housing. It’s an investment in sustainable design, quality craftsmanship, and community connectivity. Erland has proven time and again to be a trusted partner in bringing our residential vision to life.”

Scheduled for completion in Spring 2028, Vantage marks Erland’s fourth multifamily residential property with Nordblom, continuing a strong and trusted partnership built on shared values, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering impactful developments across the region.
