Kelleher & Sadowsky represent C&G Investment in $1.5m sale

120 Goddard Memorial Drive was sold by C & G Investment Trust to Angel Guard Realty LLC, a partnership between local businessmen Fred Cormier and William McGuirk. The 42,000 s/f manufacturing and distribution facility is located in the Airport Industrial Park. William Kelleher IV, vice president, of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented C & G Investment Trust, and Thomas Kelleher, senior vice president, represented Angel Guard Realty LLC. The property was sold for $1.5 million. "We looked at many properties, but chose 120 Goddard Memorial Dr. because it will provide me with very functional space for my business, Angel Guard Products, Inc.," a manufacturer of rescue equipment, and other safety related products. "Bill McGuirk's company, CRC Line, Inc., a wholesale distributor of autobody supplies, will utilize the remainder of the building," said Cormier. "Although the Worcester Airport Industrial Park has struggled with vacancy in the past," said Kelleher, "there has been an increase in leasing and sales activity at the Airport, with a few other pending transactions on the horizon." Angel Guard and CRC Line are in the process of renovating the building, with plans to move in operations within the next few weeks, bringing new life and manufacturing back to the Airport Industrial Park.
