Sabatini Realty Trust has leased 6,565 s/f of garage space at 164 Southwest Cutoff to Landscaping, Etc., a Millbury based commercial and residential landscaping construction, maintenance and snow management company.
Peter Dunn and Will Kelleher, both with Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, handled the transaction for both tenant and landlord.
