Malone of Malone Comm'l. handles three transactions totaling 7,005 s/f
Amedisys, Inc. has leased 3,300 s/f from Wildcat, LLC at 932 Congress St.
Mark Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers and Carleton Compton, Harbert Realty Services, Inc., completed the transaction.
T.A.M. Inc. has leased 2,500 s/f of space from North River 65 Gray Rd., LLC at West Falmouth Crossing, Falmouth. Malone completed the transaction.
Milone & MacBroom Engineering has leased 1,205 s/f of space at 20 Independence Dr.,Freeport from Ken Toner. Malone, and Juliana Tonini, of Magnusson Balfour, completed the transaction.
