Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company leased 4,615 s/f to Olympia Sporting Goods at Sudbury Crossing. This is the 191st store for Olympia Sporting Goods. Powers & Co. represented the landlord, CGI Properties, and Phil Kling of PK Properties represented the tenant, Olympia Sporting Goods. Olympia Sports is a service and family oriented retail sporting goods company featuring a broad assortment of name brand merchandise in sports equipment, apparel, athletic footwear and accessories. Founded in 1975 at The Main Mall in South Portland, the company has now grown to over 190 stores throughout the Northeast. They focus on being your community sporting goods store. Sudbury Crossing has a remaining opportunity for a restaurant with up 65 seats. Powers & Co. represents retail landlords throughout New England.
