Kerrigan and Cook of Avison Young arrange 16,901 s/f lease

Avison Young has brokered a 16,901 s/f, 11 year lease at 170 Lexington Rd. Avison Young brokers Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook represented the tenant, Nashoba Learning Group. 170 Lexington Rd. is owned by CrossHarbor Capital Partners. 170 Lexington Rd. is a 33,802 s/f office building located off Rte. 3. This is the second location for the expanding school for individuals with autism. Kerrigan and Cook also acted as broker for Nashoba Learning Group's purchase of their first location, 10 Oak Park Dr., Bedford. "We are pleased to find the right property for Nashoba Learning Group to open new doors for their new adult program," said Kerrigan. "At Avison Young, we are working with our educational clients to meet evolving needs," said Cook. "We have truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Jack and Steve for all of our space needs. They work hard to understand our needs and ensure we find the right fit," said Liz Martineau, president of Nashoba Learning Group. The Nashoba Learning Group is a private, non-profit corporation providing services for those with autism. Their new center at 170 Lexington Rd. will be the home of their newly developed Adult Day Program. It will provide ongoing job and community support to adults with autism.
