KeyPoint Partners awarded 8 new property mgmt. assignments
KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded eight new property management assignments in seven eastern states, according to William Lawler, partner/director of property and asset management.
The assignments include retail, office, and industrial properties, and were awarded by both current and new clients, including LNR Property Corporation, USAA Real Estate Company, and Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust. The assignments include:
* 101 Billerica Ave., Billerica is portfolio of six office buildings totaling 447,000 s/f.
* 2189 Westover Rd., Chicopee is a 217,000 s/f industrial property.
* Mt. Nebo Pointe Park, Pittsburgh, Pa., is part of a community shopping center that encompasses 650,000 s/f of retail, and includes shadow anchors Sam's Club and Target, as well as a selection of specialty shops.
