KeyPoint Partners awarded prop. mgmt. contract of 15-45 Dan Rd.

KeyPoint Partners, LLC, has been awarded the property management contract for 15-45 Dan Rd., according to Bob Hayes, vice president of property and asset management at KeyPoint. The contract was awarded by Boston-based Great Point Investors LLC. 15-45 Dan Rd. consists of two office buildings totaling over 276,000 s/f situated on a 20-acre parcel within the Canton Commerce Center off Rte. 138. 15-25 Dan Rd. is a one-story building of approximately 142,000 s/f. 45 Dan Road is a three-story building of approximately 134,200 s/f.
