Augusta, ME KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with a major multi-state licensee of Planet Fitness at Capitol Shopping Center. Vice president of leasing Don Mace represented the landlord in the transaction.

Planet Fitness will open a 22,730 s/f premium fitness club in the grocery-anchored center. Capitol Shopping Center is a 171,655 s/f center located on Western Ave., across from the Augusta State Airport. The center is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree.
