KeyPoint Partners seeks retail sites for Karma Restaurant

KeyPoint Partners, LLC is representing local restaurant Karma Japanese & Chinese Fusion Cuisine in its search for new locations in Massachusetts, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the Burlington commercial real estate service firm. Don Mace, vice president of leasing, is handling the assignment. Karma currently has one location in Westford, which has a reputation for serving some of the best sushi outside of Boston, and has received many high ratings and positive comments by diners. Karma creates a unique dining experience by combining an open dining area and sushi bar in a traditional atmosphere created by a feng shui master. Karma is seeking to expand within the 495 belt in Mass. "We'd prefer 3,000 to 6,000 s/f sites with 30 ft. of frontage in downtowns, urban centers, power centers, lifestyle centers, neighborhood centers, college communities," Mace said. "But we'll consider all sites."
