
Mashpee, MA KeyPoint Partners (KPP) managed property portfolio continues to grow with new Massachusetts retail assignment. KPP will manage South Cape Village, according to William Lawler, partner and director of property & asset management at the Burlington firm. KPP client Ares Management awarded the contract.

South Cape Village is a 141,251 s/f village style shopping center anchored by Roche Brothers Supermarket, HomeGoods, and Marshalls, located at the Rte. 28 and Rte. 151 rotary, a well-known shopping destination for all of Cape Cod.
