King of King & Newton brokers two sales totaling $3.5 million

Chicopee, MA Thomas King, CCIM, of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of Alden Edge Apartments for $1.8 million. Financing was provided by Westfield Bank.

The property is located on 1.29-acre site in the Aldenville section of town and is improved with one L-Shape 2½ story brick apartment building containing 24 units with each unit having stoves, refrigerators, disposals, and two air conditioners.

The seller was EL-RO Realty, LLP and the buyer was Court View Commons, LLC.

Also, King brokered the sale of Court View Commons Apartments for $1.7 million. Financing was provided by Westfield Bank. The property is located on 1.24-acre site on Memorial Dr. and is improved with one L-Shape 2½ story brick apartment building containing 24 units with each unit having stoves, refrigerators, disposals, and two air conditioners. The seller was EL-RO Realty, LLP and the buyer was Court View Commons, LLC.
