Pembroke, MA Acella Construction Corp. promoted Ryan Klebes, LEED AP to the position of vice president of preconstruction and estimating.
Klebes is the longest-tenured employee at Acella, having started with the company in 2003.
In this new role, he will expand his involvement with clients in preconstruction phases of projects, as well as with his management of design/build projects. Currently, he is overseeing a 20,000 s/f design/build project for a charitable organization, an 18,000 s/f project for a medical practice, and a 5,000 s/f project for a community youth center. He also supervises four estimating and marketing professionals.
Previously, Klebes served as preconstruction director and project executive. Over his time at Acella, he has been counted on to lead the firm’s relationships and construction for education and community projects, including cultural organizations, historic restorations, and new construction and interior renovations on independent school campuses. He has also developed a strong track record of getting projects started strongly.
Klebes is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in construction management. Outside of work, Klebes enjoys mountain biking, spending time at Old Orchard Beach in Maine, and traveling.
