Klemmer Associates, LLC represented Osram Sylvania in the sale of 10 acres of land to Brightview Danvers, LLC Inc. for $3.7 million.
Brightview will be constructing a 160 unit senior living facility. The parcel was originally part of Osram's headquarter site, which totaled 315,000 s/f and 59 acres. Osram sold the site, less the 10 acre piece, on a sale leaseback to Nordic Properties in 2004. Nordic then sold the property to Partners Health Care who will be constructing a 208,000 s/f medical facility.
Philip Nievergelt represented Brightsview in the purchase of Osram's remaining land.
