Moskowitz of Heritage completes two leases
Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp., leased two spaces at 196 and 200 Newton St.
The space at 196 Newton was leased to Raymond's Home & Carpeting for use as a warehouse outlet. It consists of 5,000 s/f with offices and tailboard loading.
At 200 Newton, Moskowitz leased 4,500 s/f to Anderson Pipe and Rack. This was leased with the cooperation of Jeremy Freid of Boston Realty Advisors.
The property is owned by Frank Donato
