KlingStubbins and Tocci honored for Autodesk AEC headquarters project

Interior Design magazine recognized KlingStubbins and Tocci Building Companies by naming their Autodesk AEC headquarters project, the best of the year in the "Eco" category of the magazine's fourth annual Best of Year Awards ceremony, which was held at the Solomon R. Guggenheim museum in New York City. Winners, chosen by magazine editor in chief Cindy Allen and a jury of design leaders, will be featured in this months issue of the magazine. The design solution expresses the Autodesk mission by exposing and featuring the building systems. A three-story floor opening visually connects the activities among all floors and demonstrates the energy of the space to visitors. Open work spaces and glass conference rooms provide visual connection and encourage collaboration. Open ceilings expose the structural and mechanical systems as a significant design features. The project has also received LEED Platinum certification.
