What your firm does now and its plans for the future? For over 50 years, Kemper waterproofing and surfacing technology has been protecting some of the world’s most valuable properties and landmarks. In N.Y.C. that includes new roof assemblies at Madison Sq. Garden, metal roofing on the Empire State Building, and waterproofing the fountain at Rockefeller Center. We continue to build relationships with architects, property managers and owners involved in a range of public and private projects, including roof recoveries and restorations, balconies and terraces, and green roofs.
