Lahey joins Transwestern | RBJ office leasing and sales team as vice president

Boston, MA According to Transwestern | RBJ, Tim Lahey has joined the firm as vice president, focusing on office leasing and sales in Boston and Cambridge.

“A core aspect of our firm’s value to our clients is our consultative approach to solving their needs, which is unmatched in the industry,” said Steve Purpura, managing partner and Northeast market leader. “Tim displays a thorough understanding of this approach, and his skillset will be a valuable asset to both the firm and our clients.”

Lahey previously was a vice president at Colliers International on the Boston brokerage team, working with clients such as Westbrook Partners, Jamestown L.P., Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Steward Health Care System, The Community Builders and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Before beginning his commercial real estate career, he played professional baseball for seven years, including time with the Philadelphia Phillies’ 2008 World Series team.

Lahey earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University and is a board member of the Princeton Alumni of New England group. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts. He has volunteered with Year Up, been a keynote speaker for Central Massachusetts Scholar Athletes, and is a Bay State Savings Bank Corporator.
