Boudrot, James, Gilkie and Allen of NAI Hunneman handle 9,057 s/f in leases

Woburn, MA NAI Hunneman recently completed three lease transactions totaling 9,057 s/f at 130 New Boston St. Sorenson Communications leased 4,993 s/f, Emerging Display Technologies leased 2,448 s/f and Adimec Electronic Imaging leased 1,616 s/f. NAI Hunneman executive vice presidents Jim Boudrot and Steve James, along with senior vice president David Gilkie and assistant vice president Michael Allen represented landlord KS Partners. Sorenson Communications was represented by KW Commercial while Emerging Display Technologies was represented by SVN Parsons; and Adimec represented themselves.
