Falmouth, MA Lark, the development and management company encompassing multiple boutique hospitality brands across the United States, debuted Shore Haven at 321 Shore St. Located directly across the street from Surf Drive Beach, this 21-room hotel offers a fresh interpretation of coastal New England hospitality.
“Shore Haven gives guests a new way to experience one of Cape Cod’s most vibrant coastal towns,” said Lark CEO, Peter Twachtman. “We look forward to welcoming visitors and helping them discover the enduring charm of Falmouth.”
Set within a historic property originally built in the 1800s, Shore Haven draws inspiration from the maritime traditions that have shaped Cape Cod for generations. Outfitted by Boston interior designers, Reider + Co., Shore Haven’s interiors bring these influences to life through a palette of sandy neutrals and seaside blues, complemented by natural textures, light wood, and abstract art. The result is a setting that feels polished yet approachable, and equally suited for quiet coastal escapes and group getaways.
Shore Haven’s outdoor spaces extend the hotel’s laid-back atmosphere. A heated saltwater pool with comfortable lounge seating serves as a central gathering place, and the property’s lush lawn, outdoor patio, picnic and fire pit areas, and sprawling front porch create opportunities to linger throughout the day.
The hotel’s location places guests within easy reach of some of Falmouth’s most beloved attractions. Shore Haven is steps from the beach and Falmouth Harbor, less than five minutes from downtown Main St., and conveniently located for exploring Woods Hole, the Shining Sea Bikeway, and Nobska Lighthouse.
Rooms at Shore Haven range from double queens fit for groups of four to two-bedroom suites with garden views or direct access to the pool. Each accommodation includes mini refrigerators, blackout shades, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and bath products from LATHER. Guests can also enjoy Lark Hotels’ signature curated small plates, breakfast spread each morning, as well as complimentary Leyden St. Coffee and tea. Complimentary sleep kits are offered upon request, and guests heading to the beach can borrow complimentary Sunflow beach chairs.
Opening room rates at Shore Haven start at $299 for double occupancy and vary based on room type and time of stay. ADA accessible rooms available.
