Lavelle of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers 3,367 s/f lease of office space at 125 Nagog Park in Acton, MA
Acton, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. (OCP) has brokered the lease of office space at 125 Nagog Park. OCP advisor Luke Lavelle represented the landlord, MGCC Realty, LLC.
The 3,367 s/f space on the second floor of the building will serve as the new Massachusetts hub for engineering firm, McFarland Johnson, which will relocate to this location from its space in Westford.
