The company provided a gift for every instructor and apprentice in each of its office locations in Holliston, MA; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Charlotte, NC; Pelham, AL; and Doraville, GA. Additionally, Griffin Electric raffled off a series of prizes while also providing food trucks or catered lunch to everyone during their Saturday classes. Griffin Electric is proud to help guide apprentices on “the pathway to your potential,” and has prepared hundreds of men and women in pursuit of their license through its electrical and telecommunications program for almost thirty years. The free, in-house program is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and designated as an approved training site by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Throughout the Apprenticeship Training Program school year, classroom and hands-on instruction takes place in the 27,500-sq. ft. of dedicated training space that is part of the company’s headquarters in Holliston, and on-site at each of its regional offices in the Southeast.

Griffin’s apprentices earn excellent compensation and are eligible for wage increases every six months, based on grades and work performance. They also receive full benefits

while having the opportunity to gain 8,000 hours of practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson. By promoting a culture of consistent development and giving employees the tools they need to be successful, Griffin Electric allows its team members to achieve fulfilling and successful careers in the electrical and telecommunications trade, including the potential for future advancement into leadership roles.
