North Hampton, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 136 Lafayette Rd. Andrew Ward of the Colliers office in Portsmouth, represented the seller, who operates Coastal MI-BOX, and the buyer, who operates Bridges Bros. Movers.

“The acquisition of the 136 Lafayette Rd. property marks the end of a three-year search and is a significant milestone in the 105-year history of Bridges Bros. Movers. “We are excited to be operating out of a larger, newly renovated facility that provides the space and infrastructure we need to better serve our clients and continue growing our business well into the future,” said Jeremy Forest, president, Bridges Bros. Movers.

Coastal MI-BOX is leasing back space from Bridges Bros. Movers and continues its operations from 136 Lafayette Rd. Coastal MI-BOX is a portable storage company and Bridges Bros. Movers is a residential and commercial moving company.
