Lee of Colliers International represents Tepha, Inc. in 29,000 s/f lease renewal

Tepha, Inc. (Tepha) recently renewed a 29,000 s/f lease for its corporate headquarters at 99 Hayden Ave., also known as One Ledgemont Center. Senior vice president Tad Lee of Colliers International represented Tepha in the transaction, working with vice president Michael Tammaro of the Beal Companies, LLP, the landlord. Located at the junction of Rtes. 2 and 128 in Lexington, Mass., One Ledgemont Center is composed of five interconnected buildings totaling 175,000 s/f. Amenities at the property include a full service cafeteria, on-site management, covered parking and shuttle service to MBTA's Alewife Station.
