Lee of O,R&L Commercial leases 13,517 s/f at Innovation Park

Guilford, CT Richard Lee of O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the 10-year lease of 13,517 s/f to Guilford Surgery Center LLC (GSC) at 246 Goose Ln., also known as Innovation Park. GSC is a collaboration between local surgeons and Merritt Healthcare of White Plains N.Y.
The new entity will be constructing an ambulatory surgery center for patients located on the shoreline. ORL Commercial represented the tenant and Dow Realty represented the landlord in this transaction.
