The design magazine publisher – whose publications cover architecture, design, art, antiques, and real estate – has expanded and relocated its headquarters within Norwalk the fourth floor of the seven-story, 145,500 s/f office building in Norwalk to accommodate its growth needs.
“This move was a big step for Cottages & Gardens Publications, which transitioned from an a-typical office setup within a mixed-use residential building to a more traditional and open office with exposed ceilings,” said Cameron Paktinat, associate at Colliers International, who along with senior managing director Ian Ceppos and executive managing director Michael Siegel represented the tenant in the transaction.
“We outgrew our lovely space at East Avenue and look forward to starting our next chapter at 40 Richards Avenue,” said Marianne Howatson, Chief Executive Officer for Cottages & Gardens Publications.
The property, owned by The Davis Companies, was represented in-house by David Allen.
