East Boston, MA Lendlease has begun construction of Slip65 condominiums, part of the first phase of development of Clippership Wharf, a mixed-use community on the waterfront. Set on the harbor, Slip65 has views of the Boston skyline and shortest commute to downtown – one stop on the Blue Line or under 10 minutes via water taxi.
