East Boston, MA All 80 waterfront units at Lendlease’s Slip65 have sold or are under agreement, less than eight weeks after sales began. The pre-construction sell-out sets a new standard for the city and marks a successful entry for Lendlease into Boston.
Slip65 is part of the first phase of development of Lendlease’s Clippership Wharf, a mixed-use community on the waterfront, and the first development for Lendlease in the city. Clippership Wharf is being delivered in two phases and will be comprised of four buildings, including condominiums and rental apartments, retail spaces, and high-quality amenities.
