Shiatzu, LLC has signed a three year lease at 448 Washington Ave. It is a new spa specializing in four types of massages. Shiatzu, LLC contracted for 1,250 s/f. Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented both Shiatzu, LLC and the landlord, 448 Washington Avenue, LLC.

In another transaction, Shawn Reilly of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC leased the former By Your Side Home Companion Service at 376 Whalley Ave. owned by Edgewood Properties to the Law Offices of Mark E. Salomone & Morelli, which have numerous offices throughout the state. The 1,000 s/f space is part of the 25,000 s/f building built in 1948 with H R Block in the same building.

Integrate Aesthetics, a skin care studio, has leased 500 s/f at 245 Amity Rd. in Woodbridge. Inspired by the 32,000 s/f of "green" retail and office space, Integrated Aesthetics will expand its services to include wild crafted and certified organic products and treatments. Integrated Aesthetics is slated to open in June.
245 Amity Rd. is a newly constructed and registered LEED building consisting of retail, medical, office and laboratory uses. Space can be built to meet tenants' needs.
